An Active Prosecutor Mr. Reynolds was an active prosecutor. He was the first prosecutor to enter a police car in the history of the Fifty Third Judicial Circuit. Bruce responded to each and every murder scene in his three counties for the nearly ten years he was a prosecutor there. He was the first prosecutor to present and prosecute charges of physical and sexual abuse against a defendant in the history of the Circuit. He tried more cases in the first three months in office than had been tried in the previous twelve years in Spencer County.
